My Story
With over 40 years of experience, my journey began as an apprentice in London’s famous New Bond Street, home to some of the world’s most prestigious jewellers. After moving to Australia, I continued my career in Canberra before spending many years in Perth, where the beauty of the Western Australian landscape further inspired my passion for designing with pearls and opals.
Returning to Canberra, I established Alexandra Rose Designs, where every piece reflects a lifetime of craftsmanship, inspired by the beauty of pearls, opals and the natural world.
Alexandra Rose Designs is named in honour of my mother, Rose Alexandra. Although I lost Mum when I was just seven years old, her memory has remained with me throughout my life. Naming the business after her is my way of honouring her, while every piece I create reflects a lifetime dedicated to craftsmanship, quality and timeless design.
