At Alexandra Rose Designs, every piece is carefully handcrafted or individually selected. We want you to enjoy your jewellery for many years to come.
Jewellery Care
- Store your jewellery separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, lotions and household chemicals.
- Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.
- Gently clean sterling silver with a polishing cloth.
- Pearls should be wiped with a soft cloth after wearing and kept away from chemicals and prolonged sunlight.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Custom-made or personalised jewellery cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
